THE 6 FOODS THAT I EAT ON A DAILY BASIS

As a Medical Doctor and Cancer survivor, below are the six foods that I try to eat every day.

1

Greens

Number one are greens. Cruciferous vegetables are included in these.

See the research
Bar chart from the 2009 Journal of Food Chemistry showing stomach cancer cell proliferation by vegetable, cruciferous group circled at the low end

Cruciferous vegetables have very potent anti-cancer effects against just about every cancer. The highlighted group sits at the very bottom of the proliferation scale.

2

Beans

They are loaded with protein and fiber, and we know that when you look at the longest lived cultures, beans are a major proportion of their diet.

Where the longest-lived people live

The five Blue Zones, the regions with the highest concentration of people living past 100. Beans are a staple in every one of them.

3

Onions

These are the Allium vegetables (onions, garlic, and leeks).

In the same study, the Allium vegetables were actually the MOST potent against just about every type of cancer.

4

Mushrooms

I’ve done a lot of videos on them. There are a lot of beta-glucans in them that have been shown to have positive effects on the immune system.

If you don’t like mushrooms, you can go on Amazon and use a concentrated mushroom powder. I also have an excellent supplement on my website.

5

Berries

I usually like to eat these frozen because they don’t go bad. This is the organic mix I get from Trader Joe’s that I put on my steel-cut oats every day.

If you don’t like berries, you can use my oncology support formula. I have just about every type of berry under the sun in a very concentrated freeze-dried powder form.

6

Nuts & Seeds

According to a Cornell study, the two that have the most potent anti-cancer effects are walnuts and pecans. They have also been shown to have the highest antioxidant concentration.
