Diet is the number one thing we have control over when fighting our cancer.

When we don't control our diet, fat starts to make cytokines and estrogen.  This leads to inflammation, insulin resistance, impaired immunity, impaired DNA repair, free radical production, and tumor growth factor production.  The byproducts of inflammation encourage tumor growth that leads to various forms of cancers and other diseases.  The good news, inflammation is preventable 
by committing to a healthy plant-based diet.

Some of us are denser than others.  This is why weight can be deceiving.  Focus on yourwaist-to-height ratio to improve health.
